Our Upcoming School Holiday Active & Healthy Self-Defence Workshops For Kids and Teens

This school holidays, we’re proud to offer Active & Healthy self-defence workshops for kids and teens right from our Fierce Females studio. These engaging sessions are part of the City of Gold Coast’s Active & Healthy initiative, designed to empower young people with practical safety skills while fostering confidence and resilience.

At Fierce Females, we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and confident in their everyday lives.
