Fierce Females Awarded Grant by Kinetic’s Moving Communities Fund

At Fierce Females, we’re proud to announce that we have been awarded funding through the Kinetic Moving Communities Fund. This grant will support the delivery of a 10-class course tailored for teenage girls. The course will focus on essential life skills such as building safety awareness, emotional resilience, fostering healthy relationships, and navigating positive conflict resolution.

The Kinetic Moving Communities Fund supports organisations contributing to the well-being and safety of communities across Australia and New Zealand. As Kinetic’s recent announcement highlighted, Fierce Females is one of 19 organisations awarded funding in 2024.

The funding, part of Kinetic’s commitment to supporting grassroots organisations making a real difference in their communities, will enable Fierce Females to expand our reach and impact among vulnerable teens on the Gold Coast. 

Set to launch in late 2025, the 10-class program will cover a wide array of topics, including:

• Building safety skills

• Emotional resilience 

• Healthy relationships

• Positive conflict resolution

The course will be offered at an affordable rate to participants thanks to the generous support of Kinetic.
