Do not underestimate the courageous Jade! Her headstrong passion and gentle compassion make her a valued team member with experience beyond her years.
Utilising movement and strength, Jade first began empowering young women through university as a group fitness instructor. Jade has recently enhanced her ability to aid women in their physical and mental health journeys by completing her Cert IV Fitness.
With a master's of Social Work, Jade is an experienced sexual assault and domestic violence counsellor and continues in this role. Jade is a survivor and thriver. Post her own domestic violence experience; Jade is a passionate and sensitive supporter of women making the courageous decision to reclaim themselves and their lives.
